Scope and Contents This collection has been divided into two subgroups: papers and audio recordings. The papers subgroup includes four series. Series 1 includes the WOBC Charter, annual Reports, and administrative files. Series 2 includes correspondence. Series 3 includes publications, mostly consisting of the publication “Newscope," which was a daily report of events at Oberlin, “Staff Notes,” which relayed news for student employees in various departments, and other “miscellaneous” news.
