Records of First Church include records of the Oberlin Society, First Church of Christ in Oberlin, First Congregational Church, and United Church (Congregational). Among the materials in this subgroup are minutes, reports, correspondence, financial and legal documents, membership records, and records of women's voluntary and social organizations, the Sunday School, and the choir. Subgroup I is arranged in seventeen series.
