Series 1 contains administrative records from the MRC office from 1989 to 2018. This includes the programming handbook, which instructed community coordinators on how to program, schedule, and plan events. There are also administrative records pertaining to event planning, general information about the MRC, and community coordinator notes. Several of the earliest editions of the queer student publication Quick Snap are included. It is the shorter, newsletter form of a longer publication, Snap.
