Subgroup III includes records related to OSCA's use of buildings owned by Oberlin College. It has been divided into two series and its files range in date from 1951-ca. 2015. Access copies of acidic newspaper clippings were created in 2026, and some materials are undated. This Subgroup does not constitute a full record of OSCA cooperatives or buildings; see also the records held by OSCA in Tank Hall.

Floor plans in Subgroup II, Series 5, “Fire Safety” are accessible by permission of the Archivist only. The 1988 Student Research Project in Subgroup IV is accessible for in-person viewing only. It cannot be copied or photographed.
