OSCA Board Manual, 1989 Fall
Scope and Contents
Series 1 contains printed manuals created or used by OSCA between about 1986 and 2015. The manuals include general administrative information for the OSCA Board, the OSCA Properties Board, or related to food safety and nutrition, housing policy, and housekeeping. Series 1 has been subdivided into six subseries: Board Manuals, OSCA Properties Board Manuals, Food and Dining, Finance, Housing Handbooks, and Housekeeping. Subseries 3 (Food and Dining) contains complete and partial manuals related to nutrition and dining or sanitation. Subseries 6 (Housekeeping) contains housekeeping manuals created and disseminated by OSCA as well as general cooperative housekeeping guidance.
