OSCA Board Meeting Packets, 1994 Fall
Scope and Contents
Series 2 consists of printed meeting packets created by OSCA or OSCA Properties from 1956 through 2013. Packets typically include minutes, proposals, and/or other materials related to board discussions. Series 2 has been divided into four subseries: OSCA Board, OSCA Properties, HLEC, and Other. Subseries 2 (OSCA Properties) contains board manuals produced by OSCA Properties, Inc., an organization formed in 1996 to manage OSCA's off-campus houses and scholarships. It was intended to grow OSCA's funds through socially responsible investment. Subseries 3 (HLEC) includes meeing notes made between 1990 and 1994 by "Housing Loose Ends Coordinators," OSCA's elected equivalent to a Residential Advisor (RA). Subseries 4 (Other) consists of meeting minutes and agendas from Grey Gables, ResEd, house, cleanliness, and committee meetings dating from 1956 through 1997. Some materials are undated.
