The correspondence series contains letters relating to the formation of the Mid-European Union. Also included are letters sent between Miller, Rabbi Louis Woolsey, and Ernest Ludwig regarding the case of Alice Masaryk, who was investigated by Austria-Hungry for treason in 1916. In addition, there is miscellaneous correspondence on a variety of subjects, both personal and professional, 1911-1979. This series contains some letters not composed by Miller.
