This collection has been subdivided into nine series. It includes records dating from 1923-2002, such as administrative information, correspondence, membership, and financial records along with photographs and artifacts.

The Oberlin Golf Club Records are arranged in 13 series and range in date from 1903-2007. Records include administrative, membership, and miscellaneous documents. There are photographs and maps, as well as documents from the club's women's associations.

Abstract The records of the City of Oberlin span 1858 to 2007. This material documents many aspects of the administration of Oberlin, including: minutes of City Council, records of City Officials, city boards, commissions and committees; ordinances and resolutions; the records of the Water Works, Police and Fire Departments, Public Works, and Code Administrators. Scope and Contents

This collection has been divided into seven subgroups. Records related to First National Bank, Citizens' National Bank, Oberlin Savings Bank, Northern Ohio Bank, People's Banking Company, and Historical Information.

Scope and Contents

The Oberlin Druggists' Records date from 1882 through 1955. There are gaps in the records between 1897 and 1906 and 1923 and 1948. The records in this collection primarily consist of accounts, a poison register, and a liquor register.

Scope and Contents

The records of the Oberlin Unit of the NAACP cover the period from ca. 1919 to 1976, and from 1990 to 2014. They comprise certificates of achievement, correspondence, Freedom Fund Banquet programs, membership campaign materials, reports, general NAACP information, and complaint case files. The latter are restricted.
