Pittsfield Township Records
The Pittsfield Township Records, which range in date from 1835 through 1965, include information related to the school system and two local churches. Administrative records related to the Soldiers and Sailors Association, marriage licenses, infrastructure repairs, and a tornado are also included.
Oberlin Druggists' Records
The Oberlin Druggists' Records date from 1882 through 1955. There are gaps in the records between 1897 and 1906 and 1923 and 1948. The records in this collection primarily consist of accounts, a poison register, and a liquor register.
Oberlin Community Welfare Council Records
Records of the Oberlin Community Welfare Council date from 1956 to 1976. They consist primarily of annual reports for the years 1958 to 1976, with reports for 1960, 1961, and 1975 missing. The annual reports contain reports of the president, treasurer, caseworker, and various committees. The OCWC records also include a twelve-month report of the information and Referral Office for the year August 1, 1956, to July 31, 1957.
Oberlin Health Commission Records
The records of the Oberlin Health Commission date from 1959 to 1976. They include the minutes of three monthly meetings in 1961-1962 and annual reports for the years 1959-1976. Annual reports for the years 1963 and 1965 are missing. These records trace the activities of the Commission and its various committees during the given calendar year and report on the commission’s financial status.
Oberlin Female Moral Reform Society Records
The single volume of detailed minutes of the meetings provides a record of the discussions held and opinions expressed by members. Resolutions passed comprise a substantial part of the minutes. The 1835 constitution and annual reports also are included in the notebook. The dates covered by the volume are 1835 to 1857. A copy has been made for public access.
Women's Progressive Club of Oberlin Records
One yearly program for 1912, titled “Calendar of the Women’s Progressive Club,” lists officers, members, meeting places, and topics of discussion.
